When will I be charged for the order?
Payment is made at the time of purchase, just like a regular order.

When will my order be shipped?
Shippings will begin from November 7. This date range is approximate and may be extended due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control. We'll contact you if this happens.

Will the other items in my order be shipped sooner?
No, if you've added a pre-order item in your cart, the whole order will be shipped once the pre-order item is in stock. If you'd like to receive the other products sooner, we recommend you to order them separately.

Can I cancel a pre-order before it ships?
You can cancel the pre-order item writing an email to info@allogiocases.com. In case you've used the Gift Case promotion and want to cancel your order, we'll send you a voucher for the amount of the case with no expiration date.
